As a senior developer at BCBST, I work with the team providing the Member, Employer, and Broker portals. We use IBM WebSphere Portal for the backend and utilize Vue.js and React for frontend development. We also develop REST services using JAX-RS which are deployed in WebSphere Application Server.

As part of my role here, I mentor junior developers and provide leadership on technology choices and implementation. I work with other departments for security implementation, enterprise SOA, database support, and infrastructure.
